1. Provider and scope
This website and its online courses are operated by smarthomezk.com, an LLC registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU 49098397), Business Center Gulliver, 1A Sportyvna Square, Kyiv, 01023, Ukraine; contact@smarthomezk.com; +380 670 487 0680. Using the site or enrolling means you accept these Terms, governed by the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Commerce» No. 675-VIII.
2. Use of the website
Use the site lawfully, do not disrupt its operation, do not copy content for commercial use, and give accurate enrolment details. Access may be suspended for breach of these Terms.
3. Courses, prices and refunds
Each offer states the service, programme, duration, price and payment terms before purchase. Cancellation and refund conditions appear on the offer page; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Disputes: contact@smarthomezk.com. Consumer rights apply under the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection» No. 3153-IX.
4. Participant responsibilities
You are responsible for your equipment, internet access, timely completion of assignments and respectful conduct in classes and chats.
5. Intellectual property
Course materials, recordings, texts and design belong to smarthomezk.com or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable study use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
6. Certificates and independence
Certificates are non-formal and confirm participation only; they are not state-recognised diplomas or accreditation. We hold no formal-education licence and make no such claim, per the Law of Ukraine «On Education» No. 2145-VIII and «On Higher Education» No. 1556-VII. smarthomezk.com is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Figma; trademarks belong to their owners. Claims are substantiated under the Law of Ukraine «On Advertising» No. 270/96-VR.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, smarthomezk.com is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or outcomes depending on your own effort. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
8. Privacy, cookies and contacts
