Refund and Cancellation Policy

Courses and digital materials are supplied by smarthomezk.com LLC, EDRPOU 49098397, Business Center Gulliver, 1A Sportyvna Square, Kyiv, 01023, Ukraine, contact@smarthomezk.com, +380 670 487 0680. This policy forms part of the electronic contract under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII and applies together with the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.

1. Service, price and payment

• The service, its scope and access period are described on the offer page before purchase.
• The total price in UAH, including all mandatory fees, is shown at checkout before payment.
• Payment is made by the methods listed at checkout; access begins after payment confirmation.
• No hidden charges or automatic renewals apply without your separate consent.

2. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel within 14 calendar days of payment and receive a full refund.
• Where digital content is supplied with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel, that right ends when supply begins, as provided by Law No. 3153-IX.
• No cancellation, processing or restocking fees are charged.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days; requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
• Amounts for services fully performed are non-refundable where the law permits.

3. Certificates and claims

Certificates issued are non-formal and are not state-recognised; no accreditation or official education status is claimed under the Law of Ukraine 'On Education' No. 2145-VIII or the Law of Ukraine 'On Higher Education' No. 1556-VII. Course descriptions and outcome claims comply with the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР.

4. Requests, data and complaints

To request a refund, email contact@smarthomezk.com or call +380 670 487 0680 with your order number and payment date. Order data are processed under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI, and only strictly necessary cookies are used without consent under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
